TAKE A stanD
WHY WE’RE HERE.
We are the backbone of the workforce. The architects of culture. The unseen hands that keep corporations moving forward. And yet—when times get hard, we are the first to be laid off.
The most scrutinized. The most silenced.
Black women have always been told to shrink. To sacrifice. To survive in systems that were never built for us. But we know the truth: survival is not enough.
We Da Force is a rallying cry. A community built to honor, protect, and amplify Black women navigating layoffs, workplace hostility, and the impossible expectations of corporate spaces.
We are not here to ask for permission. We are here to claim space. We are here to write a new future.
Because we are not just expendable people within the broken corporate structure known as the workforce.
We Da Force.
